Purl Computers Backup Systems is a Monthly service. If at anytime you decide to cancel, contact us via phone or email and we will cancel service with no penalties.
*Purl Computers is not liable for data loss caused by software problems. Any backup solution needs to be configured properly. For this reason we offer a $25 remote checkup. If you are unsure your computer is being backed up properly, or would like assistance installing the backup software, you can request remote assistance using our Service Request Form below.
